My home gym is based out of my air conditioned garage in Ahwatukee. I have a variety of equipment to ensure your workout is fun, diverse, and effective. From kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, kickboxing bags, to yoga mats, I've got something for every body and every fitness level. With over 10 years of personal training experience and an additional certification as a Functional Movement Specialist, I have the knowledge, experience, and expertise to guide you through a fun, safe, and effective workout.

If you live too far away to commute to my location but still need a trainer you can trust, I train clients virtually. If you don't have equipment, don't worry - I can work within your budget and guide you towards equipment that will allow us to create a complete home workout that's both effective and fun. If you've got a friend you'd like to train with, they can join in on the fun too for an extremely low cost! And, because it's virtual, you can include friends in any location throughout the country!
