You want to lose weight so badly but you continue to sabotage your efforts every time you try. Self-sabotage is a result of self-limiting beliefs and fears of success. If you want to stop getting in your own way of success, then we need to uncover and squash your those beliefs and fears that keep getting in your way.
You crave to lose weight and feel confident in your body and yet you can't seem to succeed at achieving that goal.
I get it! I've been there. I was 45lbs overweight and frustrated by the fact that I couldn't seem to lose it. I'd commit to a diet on Monday morning and then sneak candy from the office candy dish by 3pm that afternoon. By Wednesday, I'd be on a full-out binge.
Why did I keep doing that?
I did that because I had self-limiting beliefs that I wasn't capable of creating nor did I deserved a rockin' body. Added to that, I had hidden fears of success. When I was young, I was made fun of and ostracized when I was called on in class or aced a test. As a result, I learned that I would experience rejection if I was good at something. From that point on I shied away from anything that would bring attention to myself and my achievements. Think of all the negative attention I would receive when people noticed such a significant weight loss!
Hell no!
So, I would continue to crave weight loss while also continuing to unconsciously sabotage my success. That's where the derailers came in.
I would make a commitment to a diet, and then BAM, I'd get invited to a happy hour. Derailed.
I would commit to going to the gym and BAM, I had to work late. Derailed.
I would commit to meal prepping, then BAM, I lost track of time. Derailed.
Derailers are simply excuses we come up with for failing.
Having dealt with all of this myself, I created this BFD program to bring these challenges to light. Most of us have no idea what keeps causing us to fail. If we don't know what the problem is, then we can't fix it.
So, my BFD program is meant to bring your self-limiting beliefs, fears of success, and common derailers to light so we can look at them honestly and practice techniques for eradicating them.
Just because we've lived with these unconscious patterns for decades doesn't mean we need to continue to do so. It is all a choice.

This is a 6-week live, virtual workshop series that frees you from the most common hidden blocks to achieving your weight-loss goal. We spend two weeks uncovering and eliminating self-limiting beliefs, two weeks uncovering and eliminating fears of success, and two weeks breaking a perfectionist mindset that keeps you at the mercy of life's unexpected chaos.

The sessions are recorded so you can watch the replay, although the workshops aren't nearly as effective that way. If you think you will miss more than 1 session, I recommend waiting to participate in the series until you are more available.

I am a certified Health Coach and Behavioral Change Specialist. After having gone through my own mindset journey, I lost 45lbs, got a much higher paying job, a new car, bought my own home after living in low-income housing, and fell in love for the first time. Will you still love them? Will you gain unwanted attention? Will you lose your excuse for turning down opportunities? Will you feel overwhelmed by what it takes to be and remain successful? Will you never be able to eat your favorite foods again? Will you have to stop socializing?
These fears are valid; however, that doesn't mean we should let them stop us from achieving the body and life we desire. Instead, let's face these fears head on and create methods for overcoming them.
