This is a 6-week live, virtual workshop series that uncovers and eliminates the most common hidden blocks to achieving a goal. We spend two weeks uncovering and eliminating self-limiting beliefs, two weeks uncovering and eliminating fears of success, and two weeks breaking a perfectionist mindset that keeps you at the mercy of life's unexpected chaos.
There are 6, 75-90 minute workshops in this series. We dedicate two workshops to each topic (beliefs, fears, derailers).

What if I have to miss a session?
The sessions are recorded so you can watch the replay, although the workshops aren't nearly as effective that way. If you think you will miss more than 1 session, I recommend waiting to participate in the series until you are more available.

What are your credentials?
I am a certified Health Coach and Behavioral Change Specialist. I use these specialties to teach people how to transform their ways of thinking, speaking, and behaving to foster self-love so they can create the lives they want from a place of worthiness and empowerment. After having gone through my own mindset journey, I lost 45lbs, got a much higher paying job, a new car, bought my own home after living in low-income housing, and fell in love for the first time. My life did a complete 180 when I did the work to shift my mindset. The secret is self-love and I have been sharing that secret successfully with others for almost a decade to help men and women achieve the lives they always wanted.

These fears are valid; however, that doesn't mean we should let them stop us from achieving the body and life we desire. Instead, let's face these fears head on and create methods for overcoming them.
