That's right - it's not just the food or exercise that's the problem - it's your mindset . The reason you struggle to maintain long-term success with any of the weight loss programs you've tried in the past is that your mind isn't in the right place. Your head is full of self-limiting beliefs, fears of success, and an inflexibility that doesn't allow you to adapt when life throws you a curveball. Once you fix those three roadblocks to success, you'll be able to easily lose weight, no matter what diet you decide to try.

What if I have to miss a session?
The sessions are recorded so you can watch the replay, although the workshops aren't nearly as effective that way. If you think you will miss more than 1 session, I recommend waiting to participate in the series until you are more available.

What are your credentials?
I am a certified Health Coach, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Weight Management Specialist. I use these specialties to teach people how to transform their ways of thinking, speaking, eating and behaving to foster self-love so they can heal their relationship with food and finally lose weight for good. I am a recovering disordered eater that battled both anorexia and compulsive overeating. After having gone through my own mindset journey, I lost 45lbs and have maintained my healthy weight for over 20 years while still being a foodie that travels frequently for work and for fun. The secret is self-love and I have been sharing that secret successfully with others for almost a decade to help men and women that struggle to maintain weight loss finally succeed.

So many people believe they fear failure, but when it comes to weight-loss you may be surprised to learn you are actually afraid of success. What will change when you reach your goal weight? Will your partner and friends still love you? Will you still love them? Will you gain unwanted attention? Will you lose your excuse for turning down opportunities? If you are no longer focused on weight loss, what will keep you distracted from all the other stressors in life you've been avoiding?
These fears are valid, however, that doesn't mean we should let them stop us from achieving the body and life we desire. Instead, let's face these fears head on and create methods for overcoming them.
