Why Partner?

As weight loss centers, you provide a variety of services to help your patients lose weight quickly for the good of their health. Studies prove that clinical weight loss programs, specifically bariatrics, have the highest rate of success with quick and safe weight loss. 


Unfortunately, studies also prove that at least 50% of patients regain weight within 3-years of completing their procedure as a result of lifestyle, mental health issues, hormonal/metabolic imbalances or technical issues post-surgery. Although we do not assist with hormonal, metabolic or technical challenges post-surgery, Love Yourself Lean does specialize in lifestyle and mindset modification for weight loss patients. 


Through our programs, we use a variety of behavioral change and coaching techniques to empower patients to:

  1. Adopt a positive mindset that they are both worthy and capable of achieving weight loss and keeping it off.
  2. Change both their internal and external dialogue to increase their feelings of self-worth and efficacy.
  3. View their healthy food choices as a demonstration of their own power rather than as an act of deprivation.
  4. Determine if they have an unhealthy relationship with food that promotes disordered eating habits.
  5. Change how they view food’s role in their life so they can more easily use it for fuel rather than for social or emotional reasons. 
  6. Identify their specific challenges with following the prescribed eating plan and develop a realistic action plan for overcoming those challenges.
  7. Incorporate, and preferably enjoy, more movement throughout their day whether through N.E.A.T., daily walks, active hobbies, or formalized exercise.  
  8. Recognize which foods, emotions and situations act as triggers and create a plan for dealing with those in a more productive and effective way that avoids binges. 
  9. Set small, realistic behavioral goals that promote self-efficacy and success.
  10. Develop an accountability schedule that ensures their continued success.


Love Yourself Lean provides a variety of programs to fit your patient’s needs, whether they prefer to work alone in a self-paced environment, or with a small group of like-minded individuals, or 1-on-1 with a certified behavioral change and weight management specialist. Our programs are ideal for helping your patients adopt the mindset and behaviors necessary to maintain the weight loss your services helped them achieve.
