There always seems to some excuse or another for why we can't stick to a diet, or exercise routine, or lose weight - blah blah blah. Excuses are like a$$holes - everyone's got one and no one wants to hear about it. Excuses are easy. When we give up hope, failure is easier to accept too. But there is no GOOD reason why you can't control your weight, whether that means learning how to maintain your weight rather than keep gaining, or whether that means actually losing weight.
