In these programs you will receive eating recommendations for weight loss, supplementation recommendations, weekly mindset activities, weekly workouts, and weekly accountability/education meetings. You'll also be invited to join a private Facebook page where all of the fun happens! This is where we all share education, questions, motivation, recipes, and so on with each other.
