2. Goals are finite and force one of two outcomes: success or failure. Systems, on the other hand, promote consistent behaviors that can be done indefinitely to support lifelong health and happiness.
3. You only have to improve by 1%, not 100% to create change.

What: Behavior change program
Duration: 8-weeks
Location: Virtual, so you can join from any State or Country
Objective: Practice 1 small, easy behavior change per week to develop habits that increase health and happiness
Commitment: Complete 1 small behavior change each week and report daily on your success. No meetings, so very little time commitment.
Expected Outcome: 8 new healthy habits that improve health, happiness, and self-confidence
