My Baby Steps program is based on some of the key principles from the book Atomic Habits by James Clear:
1. Tiny changes lead to remarkable results.
2. Goals are finite and force one of two outcomes: success or failure. Systems, on the other hand, promote consistent behaviors that can be done indefinitely to support lifelong health and happiness.
3. You only have to improve by 1%, not 100% to create change.

This program is a great way to begin improving your heath with little commitment, obligation, or risk of failure. Each small change is easy to achieve and creates feelings of success, self-confidence, and empowerment.
What: Behavior change program
Duration: 8-weeks
Location: Virtual, so you can join from any State or Country
Objective: Practice 1 small, easy behavior change per week to develop habits that increase health and happiness
Commitment: Complete 1 small behavior change each week and report daily on your success. No meetings, so very little time commitment.
Expected Outcome: 8 new healthy habits that improve health, happiness, and self-confidence
What's Included: Private Facebook page, daily accountability, weekly motivation, community support
