The mind can either be your greatest tool or your most powerful weapon. If your past experiences with weight loss were negative, punishing, guilt-ridden, or self-derogatory, then a shift in mindset may be in order. My MIND programs teach you how to develop a confident and empowering mindset that allows you to eat, move, and live with joy, while creating the healthiest most confident version of yourself.
I do not promote dieting. If you go ON a diet, then you'll eventually go OFF a diet. Instead, my MOUTH programs focus on teaching you how to enjoy delicious food responsibly. You'll learn about portions, timing, and balanced nutrition that fits your body and your life. I believe your meal plan should adapt to you; you should not adapt to it. As a result, my programs are customized to fit your individual needs.
I believe MOVEMENT should be both fun and effective. Personal Training isn't the best answer for everyone, but if you struggle
to motivate yourself to move, feel insecure in a gym environment, or have no idea what to do in a gym, then personal training may be the right fit for you. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, so anyone, anywhere can participate. Join with a buddy and have even more fun at a cheaper price!
