This 12-week weight-loss program promises aggressive AND sustainable results. 


Here's how it works: 

Weeks 1-4: 

  • Enjoy 2 meal replacement shakes, 1-2 snacks and 1 full meal each day. 
  • Optionally, take an appetite suppressant that also controls cravings and blood sugar. 
  • Minimal exercise.

Weeks 5-8:

  • Optionally, continue to take appetite suppressant.
  • Increase exercise. 

You should expect to continue to lose approx. 2-3lbs per week in this phase. 


Weeks 9-12:

  • During this phase, we will dial in your food and movement so that you continue to lose 1-3lbs per week. 
  • We will also talk about how to maintain your weight loss when you have reached your final goal so you never have to go on a weight loss plan again.

What's Included

Nutrition Support - Value $975

This nutritional program has three phases. 

Phase 1 is a more aggressive weight loss plan that is more calorie and movement restrictive, but still encourages you to nourish your body 4x per day so that your metabolism burns HOT. 

  • During these 4 weeks, you'll be given a specific set of recipes to choose from that complement the weight loss products so you lose the maximum amount of weight in the healthiest way possible.

Phase 2 slowly introduces more food and movement into your day so you can continue to lose weight at a more moderate and realistic pace that will allow you to keep it off successfully. 

  • In this phase, new recipes will be introduced so you can expand your repertoire and add more variety into your meal plan. 

Phase 3 moves you into a sustainable way of eating and moving to continue to consistently lose weight at a slower rate, as well as maintain the weight loss when you've reached your goal. 

  • You'll receive a new set of recipes to enjoy during this phase that will teach you how to cook deliciously decadent recipes that continue to promote health and weight loss. 

In the full 12-week program, you can expect to drop 10-15lbs within the first few weeks and then 1-3lbs per week after that, based on how much weight you have to lose. 

Supplement Support

To help you lose weight in a fast, healthy, and easy manner, this program is built around the use of high-quality, natural supplements that control, hunger, cravings, and blood sugar levels while providing extra nutrition, focus and energy throughout your day. These products do not have any stimulants, are science-based, and have been third-party tested to ensure quality, consistency, and efficacy. Some of the products you'll use are listed in the Physician's Desk Reference as supplements doctor's are encouraged to recommend for both health and weight loss.

Exercise Support - Value $480

Just like the nutrition, this program has 3 phases to it's movement strategy. In Phase 1 you are only required to walk 20-minutes per day. In Phase 2 and 3, you will replace 3 walks each week with 30-minute HIIT workouts that I will provide. If you already have an exercise regimen you enjoy, you are more than welcome to continue with that instead.

Mindset Support - Value $500

Just like in all of the Love Yourself Lean program, we will dedicate as much time to creating a positive, empowering mindset each week as we do to nutrition and movement. There will be weekly exercises, articles, and insights shared to help stop self-sabotage and the "f-its!".

Free 1-on-1 Session - Value $125

You have the opportunity to meet with me 1-on-1 for a free session to help keep you motivated, educated, and on track with the program. This also provides a great opportunity to customize the program specifically to your needs if you are experiencing some challenges.
