That's right - it's not just the food or exercise that's the problem - it's your mindset . The reason you struggle to maintain long-term success with any of the weight loss programs you've tried in the past is that your mind isn't in the right place. Your head is full of self-limiting beliefs, fears of success, and an inflexibility that doesn't allow you to adapt when life throws you a curveball. Once you fix those three roadblocks to success, you'll be able to easily lose weight, no matter what diet you decide to try.
So, instead of offering you another weight-loss program, I'm offering you a chance to PREPARE TO BE SUCCESSFUL with another weight-loss program. That's right, this isn't a promotion for a diet. This isn't a new meal plan or a new exercise program. This is an opportunity to create the mindset necessary to succeed BEFORE or in tandem with your next diet. Because I believe in practicing what I preach, this workshop series is fluid. Meaning there are 4ish, 60-75-minute workshops planned. Because the workshops are interactive, they may run 75 minutes instead of 60 and they may require the addition of 1 more workshop to complete the work that will help you succeed going forward. It's all the same price, we simply ensure your needs are met before we are done, however long that takes.

What are your credentials?
I am a certified Health Coach with specialties in behavior change and weight management. I use these specialties to teach people how to transform their ways of thinking, speaking, eating and behaving to foster self-love so they can heal their relationship with food and finally lose weight for good. I am a recovering disordered eater that battled both anorexia and compulsive overeating. After having gone through my own mindset journey, I lost 45lbs and have maintained my healthy weight for over 20 years while still being a foodie that travels frequently for work and for fun. The secret is self-love and I have been sharing that secret successfully with others for almost a decade to help men and women that struggle to maintain weight loss finally succeed.

So many people believe they fear failure, but when it comes to weight-loss you may be surprised to learn you are actually afraid of success. What will change when you reach your goal weight? Will your partner and friends still love you? Will you still love them? Will you gain unwanted attention? Will you lose your excuse for turning down opportunities? If you are no longer focused on weight loss, what will keep you distracted from all the other stressors in life you've been avoiding?
These fears are valid, however, that doesn't mean we should let them stop us from achieving the body and life we desire. Instead, let's face these fears head on and create methods for overcoming them.

Are you one of those that says, "I'll start my next diet when my life calms down a bit; I've just got too much going on right now"? Or are you one of those that quickly goes to "fuck-it" and gives up entirely on your diet and exercise plan when life throws you a curveball?
Let's be real - life is ALWAYS going to be chaotic, so if we want to lose weight and keep it off, we need to learn how to be successful with chaos! This means creating a more flexible mind that can easily adapt to unexpected snafus and changes to our plan.
This is exactly what we do in this workshop. We identify our most common derailers, discuss perspective, and practice various ways we can flex and adapt when they rear their ugly heads.
