Kickoff Date: Friday 6/16 at 12pm AZ time (this is where you will get all of your materials and learn about the program.)

Start Date: Monday, June 19th (this is the day you complete your initial weigh-in and start following the meal plan) 

Culmination Date: Monday 7/31

Final Celebration of Success: Wednesday 8/2 at 12pm AZ time

Weekly Check-ins: Every Wednesday at 12pm AZ time

Weekly Weigh-Ins/Measurements: Weigh-in at home Wednesday mornings (after the initial weigh-in on Monday, May 1) and submit weight to Theresa through email
