Weight Loss Nutrition Plans

Customized Eating Plan

To lose weight while moving and eating with joy, you need a movement and eating plan developed specifically for you and your needs, which means you need to be involved in its creation. I may be an expert on movement and nutrition, but you are the greatest expert on you. With our combined expertise, we develop a method of moving and eating that only includes the foods and activities you enjoy, so the process is a pleasure and success is natural. This plan is especially helpful for those that have special dietary needs/preferences (ex: food intolerances, vegan, etc), or who work best with a set plan that requires little thinking. 


In this program you will receive:

  1. A 1-hour consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, current eating and moving habits, diet and exercise history, medical history, time constraints, willingness/ability to cook, food allergies/intolerances, etc. (Normally $125)
  2. A fully customized meal plan developed from your intake information (Normally $999)
  3. A "Success Manual" that provides all of the information you need to make movement and eating decisions confidently on your own. (Normally $100)
  4. A 30-minute follow-up call to review plan and answer any questions (Normally $60)
  5. Weekly accountability calls to review your progress the previous week, as well as prepare for success in the upcoming week. (Normally $50/call)
  6. Unlimited revisions to the meal plan based on challenges identified in weekly accountability sessions (Normally $100/revision)
  7. Access to a private Facebook page to interact with me and others who provide support on this journey towards your ideal weight while enjoying both your food and your life. (Always Free)



$647/mo (3-month minimum commitment)
