Most weight loss programs focus on nutrition and/or exercise, but very few also focus on mindset. That is the first difference you will see with this program. Each week you will get a mindset activity that will keep you motivated, eliminate self-sabotage, and help you handle any cravings that come your way.
In this 6-week challenge, you'll receive a flexible meal plan that is easy to use whether you are at home, work, or traveling. You'll receive easy to follow guidelines, recipes, example meal plans, grocery list template, and daily food/movement log.
Whether you are currently sedentary or a daily exerciser, this program has a 6-week exercise strategy customized for your current fitness level. This will minimize injury, while maximizing results. No gym membership necessary.
This 6-Week Weight Loss Challenge Includes:
Duration: 6 Weeks
Kickoff Date: Wednesday 4/26 at 12pm AZ time (this is where you will get all of your materials and learn about the program.)
Start Date: Monday, May 1 (this is the day you complete your initial weigh-in and start following the meal plan)
Culmination Date: Monday 6/12
Final Celebration of Success: Wednesday 6/14 at 12pm AZ time
Weekly Check-ins: Every Wednesday at 12pm AZ time
Location: Zoom (link will be provided when you register and all meetings will be recorded in the event you can't attend)
Weekly Weigh-Ins/Measurements: Weigh-in at home Wednesday mornings (after the initial weigh-in on Monday, May 1) and submit weight to Theresa through email
Objective: Use your mind, mouth, and body to lose an average of 2lbs per week so you can feel healthy, happy, and confident this summer!
