The new year's nutritional program has three phases.
Phase 1 is a more aggressive weight loss plan that is more calorie and movement restrictive, but still encourages you to nourish your body 4x per day so that your metabolism burns HOT.
Phase 2 slowly introduces more food and movement into your day so you can continue to lose weight at a more moderate and realistic pace that will allow you to keep it off successfully.
Phase 3 moves you into a sustainable way of eating and moving to continue to consistently lose weight at a slower rate, as well as maintain the weight loss when you've reached your goal.
In the full 12-week program, you can expect to drop 10-15lbs within the first few weeks and then 1-3lbs per week after that, based on how much weight you have to lose.

Just like the nutrition, the New Year's program has 3 phases to it's movement strategy. In Phase 1 you are only required to walk 20-minutes per day.
